Michael A. Baker
I hold an M.S. from the UGA Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and am an M.S. student in the UGA Department of Statistics. My thesis focused on the recruitment dynamics of Atlantic Sturgeon in a Georgia river and how flow regime affects yearly recruitment. Some of my previous work has involved fishing commercially for Alaska Pollock and Pacific Hake, serving as the federal regulatory personnel onboard a commercial fishing vessel, and conducting research on Brook Trout and Cutthroat Trout in Idaho streams.
